The first step in making these chicken nuggets is to combine the garlic, onion, chilli powder, smoked paprika, pepper, thyme, and salt in a shallow bowl with 50g of the White Wings Premium Batter Mix.
Now is also a great time to heat the deep fryer using Crisco Liquid Gold.
Once all of the spices have been mixed together, add in the chicken. Toss together until the chicken is evenly coated.
Prepare the remaining batter mix as per the instructions on the packet. Then, add the chicken to the batter mix.
Gently drop each chicken piece into the deep fryer. Fry them until they’re crisp, golden and cooked. Drain the chicken nuggets on kitchen paper.
