Tuna, Red Onion and Caper Sandwich Filling
Sweet red onions and tangy capers lift up the flavour in this simple tuna sandwich filling.
Ingredients
Serves:
- 300 g Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise
- 600 g Tuna, drained
- 150 g Red onion, peeled and diced
- 80 g Parsley, washed and chopped
- 50 g Salted baby capers, washed and salt removed
- 0.5 g Pepper to taste
